We will do our best to get your candy to you quickly and in good shape but if there is a problem, please Contact Us with your order number. We can replace severely damaged candy or send you a voucher or coupon code for use at a later date. For other merchandise besides candy, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We ship in the U.S. (including DPO/APO) using USPS Priority Mail at flat rate of $10.00 per order. In the warmer months, location depending, we ship on Mondays-Wednesday to help get your candy to you so that it isn't sitting around in a truck or warehouse over a weekend.
*We know you want your order to arrive in time for holiday gift giving, but don't consider USPS shipping time estimates to be a guarantee. The USPS is doing the best they can, but all courier systems are stressed by COVID and increased home shopping. This is out of our control, so please order early if you want your gift to arrive on time.
Our cutoff date for placing your order with us to guarantee we can get it to the Post Office in time is December 13th. That gives us time to meet the December 15th deadline for the Lower 48 holiday shipping guarantees. We will continue to process all orders until December 23rd if you don't mind them being a tad late...they'll still make people Happy!
