Krist and Amity Thodoropoulos
(aka Head Baller and Shot Caller)
We were born in Paducah, Kentucky, raised in Southern Illinois, lived and traveled all over the world, but made some big changes in 2018 that led us back to the US and closer to home. We have returned to Kentucky after three years away (DC and Slovenia) due to Krist’s military service. Now that he has retired after 20 years in the US Army, we decided that Louisville was the place to call home, Old Louisville in particular.
We purchased the business from the original owners on August 1st, 2018, but the deal had been in the works for about 5 years. Luckily, it is a perfect fit and we are really enjoying settling into our new (self-proclaimed) roles as Bourbon Ball Baron and Baroness. We have energy and motivation and really want to expand because we think our bourbon balls are the biggest and absolutely the best on the market...put some in your mouth and tell us what you think!
